PURPOSE
– Main Objective
The Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate customer quotations on a timely basis. This position is responsible for selecting equipment that both hydraulically and mechanically meets the customer’s requirements. An ISE must have a high level of practical technical knowledge in order to offer the proper equipment while minimizing costs in order to maximize order attainment. Assists project managers, customers, and vendors as to the proper application, specification, components and special features of a particular job for customer’s efficiency and reliability through published product materials, product training and personal contact.
