The finance track is perfect for someone who is driven to, and passionateabout, leading others in the finance arena at an accelerated pace. In thisprogram, you will experience three roles within the functional areas offinance, including: cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, internalauditing, treasury and tax. Understanding the business from these differentperspectives will fast track your career path toward a finance leadership role,allowing you to end your first three years with well-rounded financial exposureand savvy leadership skills. Working on a role- rotation basis, you willexperience different Belden brands, businesses and technologies.

Pre-requisites:

-Passionate, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to take on a challenge

-Bachelor’s degree or above with Finance or Accounting

-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin

-Demonstrate leadership aptitude with the desire to build a career in thecommercial world

-At least two relevant internships, or less than one year workingexperience is required

Positions within the Finance Early Career Leadership Program will be basedin Kunshan, Suzhou.
