Position职位：

Customer Service Intern 销售行政实习生

Job Responsibility 工作职责：

1.    Receive customers RFQ, make competitive quotation with related staff in each department in reasonable lead time.

2.    Contact window with our customers, communicate with the customers positively.

3.    Handle with customer’s complaint.

4.    Make shipping and sales report, backlog report by ERP and other necessary tools. Review system backlog with customers, Master Production Scheduler and finance regularly to ensure system data 100% correct and up-to-date.

5.    Receive customer orders and check the order request to confirm the orders with customers within the required lead time.

6.    Maintain all the customer orders information into ERP system timely and accurately after order acceptance.

7.    Other works assigned by the manager.

8.    EHS requirement:

-  Comply with any rules specific to a particular site and any Company wide health, safety or environmental requirements.

-  Be aware of EHS hazards and use personal protective equipment supplied in accordance with site risk assessments and site rules.

- Report any injuries, unsafe acts or conditions to line managers.

 

Requirements 要求：

1.    At least 5 months internship

2.    Good at both written and oral English良好的书面及口头英文能力
