Position Description Purpose of the Position:
To ensure COFCC plants are compliant with government regulations related to import and export.
To maximize savings opportunities related to the transportation and import/export and effectively manage freight forwarder and broker performance. Identify and control the hazard and safety risk in transportation process, and comply with government environmental law and policy.
1. Ensure the compliance with government regulations related to import and export
2. Coordinate regional TC team to develop trade compliance procedures
3. Optimize & implement plant bonded process & system to improve efficiency & effective
4. Import & export tracking and timely customs clearance
5. Support GSM on freight forwarder sourcing, freight rate negotiation, contracting and effective management of freight forwarder base
6. Management of freight forwarder and broker performance and implementation of performance measurement system
7. To maximize savings opportunities related to bonded process & transportation
8. Import / export order delivery insurance and inventory management
9. EHS related job related to logistic
10. Other jobs assigned by supervisor
Education & Experience
o Bachelor degree or above on logistic engineering, supply chain and related
o 15% and above of the academic performance
o Target university: Sichuan University, Southwest Jiao tong University, Chongqing university, Chengdu Electronic Technology University and etc.
