岗位职责：

1、负责对学员进行日常授课和教学服务；

2、组织并参与学术活动或公司大型活动，做好活动宣传；

3、与学员进行沟通交流，制定适合的教学方案；

4、根据教学进度及时与外教沟通，确保双方教学进度一致。

任职要求：

1、国内985或211院校，具有美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大等四国留学经历者优先。

2、英语、教育等专业本科及以上学历，有以上四国留学经历者不受专业限制；

3、英语口语流利，发音地道；

4、形象气质佳，亲和力佳，具有良好的服务意识，热爱教育工作。
