Mission
Main Responsibilities :
- To address trade customers’ general inquiries including take care of client inquiry raised by phone or email on trade transactions such LC and GTE; To notify discrepancies of export bills to clients
- Help to prepare regular and ad hoc reporting of the team and to assist the team on specific tasks and/or projects
- Assist in client KYC documents collection
- Other ad hoc task

Profile
Candidate Profile :
- Major in banking, accounting, finance, international trade or other relevant areas
- Good command of English both written and oral, French is a plus
- Good MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Able to work full day and at least four days a week
