岗位职责：
About your role:
1.
Analyze clients’ requirement and work out the talent searching direction and target, make talent searching plan and conduct telephone interviews;
2.
Conduct an initial communication with the candidates, make assessment as well as interview coach, project follow up and consolidate the information;
3.
Provide effective solutions and proposals for innovations to improve company’s services.
Preferred Candidates:
1.
Bachelor Degree or above (Fresh graduates are welcome), passionate to join in recruitment industry;
2.
Preferred sales or recruitment work experience but not a must;
3.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude, always stay curious, highly self-motivated, passionate to work and is able to work under pressure, quickly adapt to fast pace of work;
4.
Good communication skills, strong willingness of self-growth;
5.
Strong sense of responsibilities and good integrity;
6.
Good command in English.

-Proactively source and screen top talent and provide clients with a selection of the best people to fill their vacancies; connect with top-tier professionals and forward them to exciting opportunities and make a lasting impression on their
career.
-Identify and develop new business opportunities and building on existing relationships.
Preferred Candidates:
-Candidate with one year and above 1-2 years working experience in Sales & Marketing, Consulting, HR or headhunting fields is preferred;
-Candidates with oversea study or working experience is preferred;
-Outgoing, excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills, quick learner;
-Work proactively, high self-disciplined, great passion for recruitment industry;
-Can work under pressure;
-Good command in English.
