• 实习分析师（全职/可转正）：3名

岗位职责：

• 支持所覆盖的行业和上市公司的研究工作，为基金经理提供投资建议；
• 负责投资支持工作，为基金经理或投资决策委员会提供专项研究支持；
• 参与机构调研与策略会议，与所覆盖行业的卖方分析师、行业专家、主要公司管理层建立和维护良好的合作关系；
• 负责定期撰写深度分析报告、调研报告、投资备忘录等；
• 能够分析行业发展趋势和竞争态势，及时跟踪和预测行业变化；
• 能够从行业、技术、市场、运营、财务等多视角对上市公司进行基本面研究，并及时跟踪掌握基本面变化；
• 能够熟练运用财务、估值模型等分析工具，了解资本市场运作与上市公司的估值关系；
• 能够对所覆盖行业和个股行情走势提出研判。

任职资格：

• 重点大学本科或以上应届毕业生，经济、金融、财务、或所覆盖行业相关专业，具有财务和定量分析能力；
• 证券行业从业经验或所覆盖行业实习经验优先；
• 具有较强的信息搜集能力、逻辑思维能力、分析判断能力、口头和书面表达能力和人际沟通能力；
• 对证券投资充满热情，有充沛的精力来完成研究报告、出差调研等工作。

薪资待遇：

• 实习期三月（起始日不晚于2019年2月）
• 月薪3000-4000（税前）
• 实习期满后评估合格者可聘用为正式分析师

Equity Analyst (Financial, Real Estate, Hardware, Consumer)

• Analyst Intern (leading to full-time offer): 3

Job Description:

• Responsible for research work of covered industry to make sound investment recommendation to portfolio managers;
• Support portfolio managers and investment committee by providing research on specific topics;
• Participate in field trips and conferences, and maintain good relationship with sell-side analysts, industry experts and management of listed companies;
• Responsible for creating in-depth research notes, field trip recaps, and investment memos regularly;
• Capable of analyzing industry trend and its competitive landscape, as well as forecasting changers of a sector;
• Capable of conducting fundamental research from sectorial, technological, competitive, operational and financial perspectives;
• Capable of utilizing various financial and valuation models, with the knowledge of capital market responses;
• Capable of making forecast of price trend.

Requirement:

• Graduating class of Bachelor degree or above, in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related major of covered industry, with financial and quantitative skills;
• Internship experience in in mutual funds, hedge funds, brokers, and investment banks a plus;
• Abilities in collecting useful information, reasoning, analyzing and decision making; refined written and oral communication skills;
• Enthusiastic about investment and energetic in conducting research and travel.?

Compensation

• 3-month term (starting date no later than Feb 2019)
• Rmb3000-4000/month (pre-tax)
• Full-time employment opportunity available for interns passing evaluation
