工作职责：

1.    Responsible for the domestic travel arrangements of foreign colleagues (hotel reservation, route planning, ect.)

负责外国同事在国内差旅的行程安排（酒店预订，路程规划等）

2.    Oral translation of design and technical requirements of foreign colleagues in technical communication.

技术交流中口语翻译外国同事的设计与技术需求。

3.    Translate automation equipment specification, project schedule, quotation and other documents.

翻译自动化设备的规格书、项目时间进度表、报价单等文件。

4.    Regularly follow up the project progress of suppliers and report to foreign colleagues.

定期追踪供应商处的项目进度并向外国同事汇报。

5.    Update, archive and organize the equipment drawings and parts drawings.

设备的图纸、零件图更新、归档以及整理。

6.    Manage the third party CE/UL certification requirements, and final acceptance of the subsequent assembly and debugging stage.

管理第三方做CE/UL认证时提出的要求以及后续组装调试阶段的达成验收。

7.    Control the budget of the project and the cost management in the process.\

对于项目的预算把控以及过程中出现的费用管理。

8.    Field management of the equipment assembly( 5S, communication and coordination, assembly schedule control.)

设备组装时的现场管理（现场5S、现场沟通协调以及组装进度管控）

9.    Transportation work after completion of equipment (contact freight company for packaging, packing, customs clearance and coordination in the process)

设备完成后的运输工作（联系货运公司打包、装箱、报关以及过程中的协调工作）

任职资格：

1.    Fluent oral English.

英语口语流利，能够正常交流。

2.    Major of machinery/ electronics.

机械/电气相关专业。

3.    Adapt to long time, frequent business trips.

能够适应长时间，多频次的出差。

4.    Patient, Perseverance, Strong ability to work under pressure.

有耐心、有韧劲、需要有强大的抗压能力。

5.    Good ability of communication and coordination with suppliers.

与供应商的沟通协调能力。

6.    Can be retained after the internship.
