Responsibilities:
1. Order Receive / Follow-up
a. Key in AX after receipt of customer demand.
b. Communicate with demand/logistics team so to arrange delivery properly
c. Ensure all necessary shipping documents are kept well
d. Pass the delivery note to Accounting team for i***oice
2. Customer communication
a. Advise on any unexpected issue relating with delivery with customers in time.
b. Work with demand/logistics team to provide a proper reaction to customer request.
c. Bridge between demand/logistics team and customers while orders rush in/out.
3. Customer Credit Implement
Follow credit payment compliance and credit control policy.
4. Others if need
Experience:
1. A minimum of 1 years related working experience.
2. Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel
3. Good command of English and Mandarin
4. Fresh graduate welcomed
Qualifications:
1. College or above.
2. Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal skills
