• Responsible for the four-years mechatronics apprenticeship program

• Plan and organize training and rotation schedule

• Develop training documents

• Coordinate and conduct tutoring for apprentices

• Provide training on key practical and personal skills

• Training of the apprentices in the key qualifications, electronical engineering and electronics

  • Basics in direct-, alternating-, three-phase current technology

  • Measurement and control technology

  • Creating CAD drawings

• Give theory lessons in mechatronics and important other related fields
• Draft, edit and review monthly tests and projects
• Prepare apprentices for vocational school terms as well as mid-term and final exams
• Service and maintain machines and equipment

Experience/Education:

• Completed mechatronic apprenticeship program and 3 or more years of work experience in a related field

• Experience with diverse PLC, electronical measuring instruments, hydraulics, actuator engineering/ sensor technology, electro pneumatics, CAD, electro technical protective measures

• Vocational education and training qualifications

• Ability to explain technical details in a simple, understandable way

• Strong interpersonal skills and proven track of leading people

• Ability to solve conflicts and difficult situations

• Communicative personality

• Command of written and spoken English

• Commitment to pursue further work-related training and development courses
