1、负责公司前台接待及电话接转；

2、对来访客人做好接待、登记、引导工作，及时通知被访人员，对无关人员、上门推销和无理取闹者礼貌婉拒门外；

3、负责前台区域的环境清洁及维护工作，展示公司良好形象；

4、快递服务协调，进/出快递/信件/ DM接收和交付；

5、负责办公室的日常行政工作，包括每月所有行政服务的帐单申请、进出库日常用品登记等；

6、协助完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

在校学生，每周能工作3天以上。
