Responsibilities:

1.  Receive customer order, coordinate with production and suppliers to confirm on-time deliveries.负责接受客户的订单和预测，制作生产计划并确保生产和供应商按时交货。

2.  Break down customer order to production level scheduling. 落实客户的订单到均衡生产 

3.  Manage customer order change fluctuation.管理客户的订单波动

4.  Secure that work order have the right date and right quantity and no any past due work order allowed. 确保生产工单能够按时按量的生产出来

5.  Daily review the production schedule compliance with production supervisor and manager.每天与生产主管经理检查生产的达成率

6.  Regularly communicate with customer. 定期与客户沟通 

7.  Inventory control based on defined safety stock.基于安全库存的管控

8.  Other duties assigned by Supervisor.其他主管安排的事情

Required qualification:

1.  Bachelor Degree or above education.大学本科及以上学历

2.  A high sense of responsibility, highly organized with excellent administration skills.有高度的责任心，良好的组织协调能力和管理能力。

3.  Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin, and can work under pressure.良好的英文和中文沟通能力，抗压能力强

4.  Familiar with Computer in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.熟练使用办公软件

5.  Continuous improvement and team work spirit.持续改善和良好的团队合作精神
