Responsibility
岗位职责
? Translating and proofreading patent application document from English to Chinese and from Chinese to English
? 翻译和校对专利申请文件，包括英翻中和/或中翻英。
? Handling office action under supervisor of patent attorney
? 在专利律师的指导下处理官方文件。
? Assisting patent attorney to handle other patent-related matters, including patent invalidation, patent enforcement and patent litigation
? 协助专利律师处于其它专利相关事务，包括专利无效、专利实施和专利侵权。
Candidate profile
岗位要求
? Technical background in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering
? 具有机械工程或化学领域技术背景。
? Must be able to speak and write both Mandarin and English
? 具备中英文双语口语和书写能力。
? Ideally have German language skill
? 具有德语技能者优先考虑。
? Experience working in a professional services environment and ideally an international law firm
? 具有在专业的服务性行业工作或实习的经验，具有国际律所工作经验者优先考虑。
? Strong team player essential
? 具备优秀的团队合作精神
? Proactive and delivery focussed

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
