Responsibilities职责:

Analyze clients requirements, compile job descriptions,
conduct extensive research work to identify potential candidates
分析客户需求，编制工作说明书，处理简历搜索工作以找出潜在的候选人
·
Present suitable candidates to clients, arrange
interviews and follow up with client regularly to collect valuable feedback
呈现给客户合适的候选人，安排面试以及定期跟踪客户获得有价值的反馈
·
Conduct background and reference checks at clients
request
根据客户要求进行背景调查
·
Set up regular communication channel with other Consultants,
Researchers, candidates and clients to better understand their business and
culture
和其他顾问、调研员、候选人以及客户建立定期的交流频道以更好的了解他们的企业和文化
·
Implement and maintain a comprehensive report regarding
cold-call activities to potential candidates
根据对潜在候选人的陌生电话活动，实施并维护综合报表
Requirement 要求:
· At least Bachelor degree, keen in Foreign Enterprise preferred
本科学历，喜欢外企工作环境优先
· Good communication and English skill
良好的交流和英语技能
· Service orientation and hardworking attitude
优秀的服务意识以及努力工作的态度
· Proficient computer skills, particularly MS Office
熟练的计算机技能，特别是Office软件操作技能
