Job Description and Responsibilities:
–
Data collection and
maintenance: update and expand real estate database; consolidate and synthesize
data from multiple sources.
–
Data analysis and report
writing in Chinese and English。
–
Support business lines
and clients by providing data, information and reports.
–
Other assignments from team leader。
Qualifications and Experience：
–
Bachelor’s degree or above, concentration in City Planning, Real Estate,
Economics and Statistics preferred.
–
Excellent time-management skills that facilitate working in a
deadline-driven environment.
–
Study, work, life experience or
ever worked in the industry is preferred.
–
Very good expression ability with
strong logical capability.
–
Fluent in both written and spoken
English, CET 6 or above.
–
Ability to gather,
aggregate, and process data in and from Microsoft Excel; good in Word,
PowerPoint.
–
Team player with strong learning
ability and communication skills.
Salary Scope: 6000-8000 CNY / Month
