Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and analyse monthly/quarterly/annual financial performance as measured against budgets, forecast and historical results. Provide professional, advisory and executive support service to the general manager to assist in the attainment of the strategic goals and budgets
Assess operational and productivity performance, develop detailed analysis to support field investment or promotional campaign decisions, with forecasts of return on current and proposed options.
Build effective working relationships with group finance, China FSSC, TAX, pricing and credit control team.
Lead business kaizen initiatives to drive process improvements, and make recommendations to improve financial operations
Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:
Internship experience in big 4 audit firms or large MNC is preferred
Ability to work effectively across a large organization, execute projects, and build and manage cross-functional relationships
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft, Hyperion and SAP ECC&CRM skills
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
