JD:
Medical Information service:
1.Handle unsolicited medical inquiries from HCPs, consumers and internal colleagues from hotline/mailbox/digital channels in a timely manner with satisfaction;
2.Record medical inquiries in MI database ;
3.Create standard response documents and customized medical responses to customers ;
4.Deliver medical solutions verbally, in writing or through presentation;
5.Asist medical booth set-up and staffing for 3rd party academic conference and BeiGene stand-alone meetings;
6.Provide literature update to internal stakeholders;
7.Provide customized medical information service to KOLs.
Customer Insight:
1.Provide customer insight analysis to Medical, MKT, Sales for business opportunity;
2.Support product growth and new product launch via MI service;
3.Involve in other channels of communicating with customers such as internet, conferences where appropriate.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor or above in clinical medicine, pharmaceutical science, life science or medical intelligence;
2.Excellent literature searching skill;
3.Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.Strong customer focus sense;
4.Excellent verbal and written communication skill.Fluent in spoken and written English;
5.Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
