Job Description andResponsibilities:

?   Participate in different audit engagements ofIPO and US listed companies.

?   Participate in various advisory projects,including merger and acquisition, internal control improvement,anti-fraud, etc.

?   Develop your comprehensive knowledge in bothPRC and US accounting and auditing standards

?   Establish deep understanding of clients’business models and apply innovative analytical procedures to address businesschallenges and issues.
