越飞体育SoaringSport为5-12岁小学生提供全英文高端多项运动体育夏令营。我们致力于在积极安全的环境下，培养小营员强健的体魄、自信与团队精神，并激发对运动的终身热爱。

SoaringSport provides premium multi-sport camp in English for boys and girls ages 5-12. Our goal is to develop the child in their physical wellness, confidence and team spirits, and the life-long passion in sports, under positive and safe environments.

 

我们的多项运动营集美国最风靡的三项集体运动橄榄球、篮球、棒球训练于一体，并配合有体能训练和团队协作游戏等项目，激发孩子对体育运动的兴趣与热情，并在尝试不同运动中找到他们对特定运动的兴趣点。

Our multi-sport camp features instruction in the most popular team sports in U.S., such as football, basketball, and baseball, together with team cooperative games and physical training. It is for the energetic child to try different sports, develop a passion for athletics and try to find their favorite.

 

我们的教练团队来自美国东北部地区知名私立学校，具有专业运动员背景和丰富教学经历，以及组织和领导知名私立学校夏令营的经验。

All the coaches are from Northeast area of U.S., with professional athletics background and rich teaching experience in private schools and the sport camps.

 

招聘岗位Job Position：      双语体育助教实习生 （4-5人）

Part time bilingual PE assistants (4-5 persons)

工作地点 Job Location:        北京德威英国国际学校

Beijing Dulwich College

工作时间 Job Periods:          2019年7月8日-2019年8月2日 （不含周六日）

From July 8^th, 2019 to August 2^nd, 2019 （Not including weekend）

 

职位需求 Job Description

1.       支持和辅助外方教练的教学计划的实施，保证小营员的运动安全，并照顾小营员在训练中的特殊需要；

Assist the international coaches in the field practice and team activities following the teaching plan, ensure the sports safety of the camper, and take care of the special needs of the young campers during the camp period；

2.       和运营及客服团队一起，建立家长群，与所授班级家长保持良好沟通，并作为与外方教练的桥梁，针对家长或小营员的需求，及时改进训练及运动相关操作；

Work with the operations and service teams to set up and manage the parent wechat group. Maintain good communication and relationship with the parents of the class, and act as a bridge between them and the international coaches. To improve the teaching plan and practice in a timely manner to address the special needs of parents or young campers;

3.       配合外方教练对教具和教学设备进行营前准备、营后整理。

Assist the international coaches in preparing pre-training and post-training materials, and teaching equipment.

4.       翻译外方教练对每个小营员的每日反馈

Translate of international coach's daily feedback for each younger camper

5.       对夏令营的部分训练场景进行拍摄

Shoot some of the training scenes of the summer camp

 

任职要求 Position requirements

1.       大学本科及以上学历，体育运动相关专业优先；

Bachelor degree or above, applicants with sports related major or with sports specialty preferred;

2.       要求中英双语沟通能力；

Require Chinese and English bilingual communication skills;

3.       有少儿体育运动相关工作经验者优先；

Experience in children's sports training preferred;

4.       性格开朗、阳光，身体素质良好；

Cheerful, sunny, good physical fitness preferred

5.       组织协调能力强，沟通能力较好，能够烘托夏令营积极愉快的气氛，提高营员运动兴趣，具有团队精神；

Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills. Able to enhance the camp’s positive and cheerful atmosphere, improve students' interest in sports, and have a team spirit;

 

待遇 Treatment

1.       工资：每月人民币5000元。

Salary: RMB 5000 per month.

2.       提供午餐，交通支持或交通补助。

Provide lunch, and transportation support or traffic allowance.

主要职责

·         协助企业完成招聘前期线上与线下的宣传工作；

·         协助企业与学校就业办/院系就业负责老师协调校园招聘前期准备工作；

·         了解反馈本地区的校园招聘动态，定期反馈学生对企业的评价、意见等；

·         在校园BBS、校内网、社交平台等其他媒体上定期发布招聘广告信息。

 

任职要求

·         在校大二大三级学生

·         良好的沟通组织协调能力

·         责任心强、有激情

·         熟悉校内网、BBS等，并在网上有一定号召力

·         学校学生会干部、社团、协会领袖优先考虑
