  Finance Intern _ Finance Dept.

Job Description

-    Responsible for the receipt and payment of cash, bills and bank settlement business, supervise the implementation of relevant regulations.

-    Keep cash, marketable securities, related seal and bills.

-    Responsible for checking the daily expense reimbursement, loans and payroll payment business.  Participate in the efficiency analysis of the funds.

-    Timely file the bank & cash vouchers.  Collect the loans and staff cash advance on time.  Prepare the relevant reports and statements.

-    Arrange the funding in a reasonable way.  Handle payment on time.  Complete the capital planning and payment forecast

Knowledge/Educational requirements

-  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

-  Fluent English in both writing and speaking

-  Good at operation MS Office system, especially at Excel

Personality requirements

-        Detailed & careful in figures, having sense of urgency and focus on deadline

-        Willing to learn

-        Be communicative and comprehensive, working as a team leader with other colleagues.
