The Corporate Finance and Restructuring segment of FTI Consulting provides complete solutions to create and recover the value for our clients across business cycle. Our main service offerings include business transformation, transactions and restructuring. The practice has a reputation for taking on challenging and complex assignments that require exceptional strategic and technical capabilities. Our clients include nearly all of the major global financial institutions, private equity houses, city law firms and many corporates.

Position Summary

As an intern, you will typically undertake tasks such as gathering, organizing and reviewing market intelligence, performing analysis, undertaking research and documenting the work. You will benefit from on-the-job coaching from experienced members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Company research on focused capabilities and qualifications.
• Organize and document the research result.
• Perform qualitative and quantitive analysis to identify opportunity for value creation.
• General office administration, including but not limited to, assisting with photocopying, faxes and general correspondence.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Key Requirements

• Undertaking a bachelor or master degree in business related discipline.
• Able to work at least four days a week for a minimum two-month period.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin;
• Familiar with Microsoft applications.
• Good presentation skills.
