Responsibility：

1.Review applicable contractual requirements (technical standards, specifications, etc.)

2.Define and review drawings / files / plans and the relevant procedures review and validation of design (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedules, drawings, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)

3.Define Bureau Veritas interventions

4.Select the most appropriate design or inspection techniques

5.Execute design review or inspection reporting, including Non-Conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables

6.Define interventions

7.Review and appraise inspection procedures

8.Select the most appropriate inspection techniques

9.Make decisions on the quality issues independently

10.Execute inspection reporting, including treatment of non-conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables

11.Ensure quality of inspection according to BV Quality System

12.Interpret design review result or inspection results

13.Follow-up the NCR’s and the corrective actions

14.Respect security guidelines of BV and safeguard personal security in the working environment

15.Continuous learning and developing in his area of responsibility

16.Maintain internal and external communication, liaison with clients or project subcontractors.

 Requirements:

1.Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level in Signalling Engineering, preferably with education background in signaling field.

2.Good knowledge of national and/or international code, standard and regulation, such as interlocking, CBTC, on-board system, RAMS etc.;

3.Familiar with Quality Management System (ISO, etc);
