招聘职位:

1. Teacher 早期教育教师/老师 Chidhood Education Teacher

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct high quality classes;

2. Equipment set up and maintenance;

3. A reliable resource for parents;

4. Band representative.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably related to early childhood education);

2. Passionate, love to work with kids and willing to devote time and effort for the benefit of both kids and parents;

3. Proficient use of English language (speaking, reading and writing) is a must. Minimum of CET6/TEM4;

4. Able to work under pressure;

5. Physically fit, active, energetic and can sing;

6. Team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills;

7. Values integrity and professionalism;

8. Self-motivated, goal oriented and coach able;

9. A funster;

10. Experience of working with kids aged 0 to14 is a plus.

3.优秀的英语听说读写能力，英文水平不低于CET6/TEM4；

5.身体健康，积极，精力充沛；

6.优秀的人际沟通能力和领导力，具有团队合作精神；

7.为人正直，具有良好的职业素养；

8.具有强烈的自我推动力和目标感；

9.风趣活泼,有幽默感；

10.具有儿童教育行业（0-14岁）相关工作经验优先。

岗位职责

向家长介绍童真美国际儿童幼教课程

根据客户的需求建议课程学习计划

保持与家长的良好沟通与联系

负责课程咨询、完成既定指标，为提高学员满意度服务

与教学部门紧密配合，并及时跟踪学员学习情况

协助中心组织的各种活动

协助及参与中心、总部提供的各种在职培训

代表公司品牌形象，以始终维护童真美国际儿童教育机构的品牌美誉度和客户服务品质为己任

任职要求：

高度的责任心，强烈的团队意识，为人诚信，正直，品行端正。

专科以上学历，普通话标准，语速适中，专业不限（教育学、心理学专业优先）

思维敏捷，个性主动，具有出色的沟通技巧

脚踏实地，勤奋自律，热爱儿童早期教育事业（有一定育儿经验者优先）

善于学习，乐于沟通，能有效地达成目标

熟练操作Office等办公软件

有相关行业背景、懂英文者优先考虑
