Requirements:
· Year 1 Master degree candidate, majoring in Economics, Banking, Finance or Financial Analysis, Real Estate, Urban planning, Architecture
· Demonstrate quantitative skills (including financial modeling and valuation skills)
· Fluent in written, listening & spoken English and Chinese, good writing, PPT and communication skills. Great mathematical skill is preferred
· Plan to take the role at least 3 days a week for 4-6 months
· Candidate for Qualification of CFA ACCA Certified Public Accountant Assets Appraiser is preferred.
