We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Ad Operations Specialist who is passionate about numbers and data to join our fast paced Business Development team. The individual will have the opportunity to develop on the job mobile Ad Operations knowledge and analytical experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about major brands in mobile app ecosystem, and how AppLovin’s marketing platform enables developers to grow their business in a measurable way. You will also have a chance to work cross functionally across teams, and to learn from many thought leaders in the industry, including our founders.
Responsibilities
- Support Business Development team and their partners on day to day account operations
- Daily account performance analyses
- quality assurance and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality
- Creative upload and rotation based on data analysis and key metrics
- Ad optimisation based on data analysis and key metrics
- Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure accurate reporting,
  optimization and fulfillment of campaign KPI’s
- Identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase effectiveness and efficiencies
- Additional projects and tasks supporting the Business Development team where required
  Required Skills
- Diligence, accuracy, good at routine tasks, organised
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
Desirable Skills
- Experience in Mobile Gaming Industry or a keen gamer
- Experience with data analytics
- Detail oriented.
