Job Description:
This position will work in Caterpillar Research and Development Center (CRDC) Virtual Product Development department on Machine & System Performance Simulation。
本职位要求在卡特彼勒技术研发中国有限公司虚拟产品开发部门工作,负责整机与子系统的性能仿真
The key role of this position is to use analysis and simulation process to validate the design concept as well as improve the designs in terms of reliability, durability and performance of the Caterpillar machine products and major structural systems (Powertrain, Hydraulic, Work tools etc.).
此职位的主要职责是使用分析与仿真验证概念设计,以及改进卡特彼勒整机与主要系统(传动系统,液压系统,机械结构等)的功能与性能,以及可靠性,耐久性等。
The major responsibilities will be included but not limited to the items as below:
主要职责包括但不限于以下条目:
· Work closely with the design engineers, machine integration engineers, Test engineers, manufacturing engineers and Global Corporate SME to complete the assignments.
与设计工程师,系统集成工程师,测试工程师和制造工程师以及公司专家一起紧密合作,完成工作。
· Responsible for developing the 1D machine and system level model with high fidelity to deliver simulation for including but not limited to fuel consumption, productivity, system integration, load development, powertrain development, hydraulic system validation, machine control strategy study etc.
负责创建1D整机与系统级高准确性仿真模型;其仿真内容包括且不限于燃油消耗,生产率,系统匹配,载荷开发,传动系统开发,液压系统验证,整机控制策略研究等。
· Responsible for continuous model fidelity improvement and correlation work. Participate the physical test for correlation and design review for concept selection. Able to provide recommendation and solution for test plan and design decision making.
负责仿真模型准确性的持续改进以及模型拟合工作。参与测试进行对标工作,参与设计概念评审来推选方案。能针对测试和设计方案提供建议和解决办法。

机械工程,汽车工程,动力工程,工程力学,内燃机,航空,航天或相同专业硕士及以上;研究方向或项目经历(以下皆可):
1) 整机性能仿真;
2) 动力系统性能仿真;
3) 动力系统匹配相关设计开发与测试

· Deep understanding on Powertrain matching and related product knowledge is an important plus.
深入理解动力匹配与相关产品知识的应聘者优先考虑
· Have 1D machine / Powertrain system Simulation and machine control knowledge s a plus.
具备1D整机与系统仿真和控制理论知识的应聘者尤佳
· Must have simulation experience on this field
要求有相关领域的实际仿真工程项目经验
· Capable of tools. AMEsim, Simulink, GT-Suite, AVL; however, experience in other equivalent engineering analysis software is acceptable
有AMEsim, Simulink, GT-Suite,AVL经验者优先考虑; 同时也接受具备其他类似分析软件能力的应聘者
· Have programing experience is a plus.
有编程经验的应聘者尤佳
· Have Flexible Multibody dynamics knowledge and simulation experience is a plus.

· Have machine level performance test experience is a plus.
