China Shandong International Economic &Technical Cooperation Group Ltd (CSI), founded in 1984 under the ratification of Chinese State Council, is a large-scale foreign economic enterprise group with the most diversified qualifications and licenses for international trading and it is the earliest of its kind in Shandong province. In 2008, CSI became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Hi-Speed Group Co., Ltd(SDHS) and its platform and window for implementing the “Going Out” strategy. Relying on the overall advantage of SDHS, CSI established an international development structure in which CSI is the leading unit and the other specialized brother companies will be supporting units to develop more new projects. So far, CSI has the business scope of international contracted engineering, China-aid project, international human resource cooperation and exchange, etc. In five continents, CSI has branches and regional companies in over 30 countries and enjoys a high international reputation.
