IT intern (project and analysis support)

IT 部门实习生（项目与业务支持方向）

公司简介：德国安顾集团是慕尼黑再保险公司旗下的原保险公司，在中国目前拥有安顾企业管理

（区域总部）、欧乐旅行救援、德华安顾人寿（与山东国资委合资）等实体。

实习内容：

Project Support (40%) 项目支持

 Get involved in IT related projects, understand the project requirement and planned activities,

 follow up with vendors to achieve planned tasks, initial quality-check for selected project

deliverables, initial review for vendor presentation materials, monitor vendor’s onsite performance

and behavior onsite;

参与 IT 相关的项目，了解项目需求和活动计划，与供应商跟进相关任务的完成情况，对供应商完

成的工作以及交付物做初步的检查，辅助并监督供应商在公司现场的工作情况； 在此任务中实习

生将参与公司级系统项目，与国内外一线咨询公司合作，学习并掌握项目管理方法以及实务。

Communication and documentation Support (30%) 沟通与文档支持

Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes, department documentation management,

other assigned tasks related to stakeholders’ communications. Team coordinator for other topics.

Follow up tasks assigned and push for completion on time. 安排部门会议以及撰写会议纪要，管理部门文档，协调跟进与相关干系人的其他沟通活动。

Business analysis support (20%) 业务分析支持

Understand user requirement for business applications, support documentation and confirmation

for user need, follow up with related parties for system change request. 学习理解用户对业务系统的需求，撰写与确认需求说明书，跟进系统改进相关的任务

Administration related (10%)行政支持

 Internal/external visitor arrangement, signature paper administration, pre-checking the

 completeness distributing to related person or department, other assigned administrative tasks.

内外部访客的活动安排，签字文件的管理：事先检查其完整性，发送已签文件到相关部门和人

实习要求:

• Majored in IT related discipline is preferred, programming skills is preferred but not required

 在校专业最好是 IT 相关，或者对 IT 项目和软件开发方法有所了解，有编程能力和经验的优先

但不做硬性要求

• quick learner, motivated for grasping new knowledge and tasks, team-player

具备快速学习能力，具有团队合作精神，渴望学新的知识和接触到新的任务。

• Proficient English skill both in oral and writing;

英语听说读写能力佳，能够以英语为工作语言

• At least 3 days or above onsite work per week for 6 months

 每周至少保持 3 天及以上的工作时间，可持续 6 个月
