Intern 实习生
Responsibilities 工作职责:
- Legal research;
法律调研；
- Consult with the government authority about legal policies;
向政府部门咨询相关法律政策；
- Draft documents to be reviewed by associates;
起草法律文件，待顾问审核；
- Format documents;
格式化文件；
- Manage files;
整理文档；
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
完成其他指派工作。
Requirements:
- Postgraduate/ undergraduate student of a reputable Faculty of Law;
法学院在读研究生或本科生；
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
能熟练运用MS Office（包括Word, Excel和PowerPoint）；
- Excellent English in oral and written;
具备出色的英语听说读写能力；
- Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and time-manage-ment skills;
工作积极主动，具有良好的人际关系，并擅于管理时间的团队合作者；
- Solid knowledge of civil and commercial laws;
有扎实的民商法基础；
