东莞波顿拥有国内香精香料行业优秀的技术研发团队，通过了国家高新技术企业认定，以国际化视野整合了国内外科研资源，由国内外行业专家教授担任公司技术顾问，并与合肥工业大学、华南协同创新研究院、湖南省农业科学院、中南林业科技大学、上海应用技术大学、云南省科学技术院、中科院昆明植物研究所等多所高校及机构开展了产学研合作。东莞波顿凭借自身的专业技术优势，持续探索行业创新方向。

扎根东莞寮步，东莞波顿与当地的莞香香市传统文化交融，形成了独具一格的企业文化。公司在寮步打造了占地111亩的东莞波顿产业园，目前产业园一期已陆续投入使用，其中包括全新的规模集成的生产基地及研发办公大楼。作为东莞波顿的总部所在地，东莞波顿产业园将极大地加快东莞波顿战略整合的进程。

Founded in 1991, Shenzhen Boton Flavors and Fragrances Co., Ltd. engages in the field of flavors, tobacco flavors, fragrances and spice. Also China Flavors and Fragrances Co., Ltd. , which is the holder company of Shenzhen Boton, became listed in Hongkong main board in 2005 (code: 3318.HK) as the first listed company in China’s flavor and fragrance industry.
