岗位职责 Job Description
1.
Support to establish and maintain reliable and robust testing process via systematic application of methodologies or tools to meet the planned product quality targets.
通过系统的方法和工具的应用支持建立和维护可靠而强健的生产测试系统和流程，以达到满足既定的产品质量的目标
2.
Establish reliable testing process via systematic application of quality tools, maintain and continuously improve the existing testing process via effective monitoring the testing results
通过系统的方法和工具的应用建立可靠而强健的测试系统，通过有效的监控和分析现有的测试系统数据改进和维护现有的测试流程
3.
Liaise with LPOs to keep efficient network with FDCx and central functions to obtain reference inputs of products quality failures, risks/learnings/measures and revise these inputs into factory testing system to avoid the similar quality risk
与事业部全球工程中心部门及其他工厂保持联系以获得关于产品和测试流程的相关问题，质量风险以及经验以改进工厂测试流程达到避免相同或者类似问题发生
4.
Support new testing system planning, new products/process testing requirements implementation in the testing process with FMEA input to ensure the new testing system reliability and meet new products quality target
支持新的测试流程策划，新产品及新工艺导入所需的测试需求的导入，通过失效模式分析系统方法规划，改进测试系统以确保新工艺及新产品的顺利导入并达到质量目标
5.
Support the effective execution of the problem solving toward process deviation and MAE functions together with process owner via the testing result and data analysis
通过测试系统的数据及结果分析，支持相关工艺工程师完成有效的问题分析解决，消除质量问题和工艺过程偏差
6.
Coordination the maintenance and calibration of testing system to ensure the system reliability
协调生产测试系统的维护保养和相关校验工作，以确保测试系统的稳定性
7.
Support assembly process continuous improvements towards efficiency, quality, cost, ergonomic and safety.
支持装配线区域的持续改善以达到工厂对于安全，质量，效率，成本及人机工程相关的要求
8.
Instruction and care of operation staff (e.g. view inspector and repairers) - among other things security-technical instruction specific for testing field
编制测试系统及测试相关领域的相关操作指导书，并培训相关操作人员
9.
Other tasks assigned by line manager

专业资质要求 Professional Requirements
1.
Electronic engineering or electrical engineering related
电子工程或电气工程等相关专业
2.
Good English spoken, read and written skills
很好的英语口语和读写能力
3.
Excellent performance on major
优秀的专业能力和成绩
4.
Familiar with MS office, MSA, Minitab, 6sigma
熟悉办公软件，精通MSA, Minitab以及六西格玛等工具佳
