RESPONSIBILITY
1. Fine tune conversion recipe to create STDB and setup Mixzpp system for LED new color requirement.
优化荧光粉体系配方来实现LED光学特性的精准需求，并建立好光学数据库和配方系统。
2. Assist engineer to study pot life and preparing method for new conversion solution.
协助工程师研究LED用荧光粉和胶水等材料混合体系的工作寿命和混合方法。
3. Assist engineer to evaluate new conversion solution.
协助工程师评估新的LED荧光粉方案。
4. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
主管安排的其它任务。
REQUIRMENTS岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above preferably in Materials Science/Materials Physics/Semiconductor Physics/Optics
本科或硕士2021/2020届，材料/半导体/光电专业优先
2. Good english communication skill
英文综合能力良好
