Responsibilities / Job Description 岗位描述
‒ Office venue selection, renovation, renting related and management
办公环境规划、装修,租赁、管理及保障工作;
‒ Budgeting, purchasing and managing the company asset, stationary and other
consumables for office operation.
公司固定资产、办公用品、低值易耗品的规划、采购及管理;
‒ Receiving visitors and liaising with external parties
客户的接待工作与外联工作
‒ Activities arrangement, i.e. annual dinners, team buildings etc.
负责公司各项活动安排,如年会、会务组织、 团建等;
‒ Office maintenance
公司办公区的日常维护;
‒ Other administration ad hoc
办公室日常行政工作的管理及执行;
Qualification / Profile 岗位要求
‒ University degree in related majors, 3- 5 years experience in office administration.
Relevant Internship experience as a fresh graduated.
大学相关专业学历, 3 - 5 年行政相关经验; 应届生需要有实际相关实习经验
‒ Strong ability to analyse and identify problems, handle and solve problems
independently;
具有较强的分析、处理及独立解决问题的能力;
‒ Good communication skills, word processing and coordination. English ability as a
working language.
具备较强的口头表达能力、文字处理能力和沟通协调能力; 英文作为工作语言的能
力。
‒ Team worker at the same time can work independently without supervising.
Responsible and reliable.
良好的团队合作精神和自我管理能力,有责任心及可信度;
‒ Familiar with Microsoft office, i.e. outlook, excel. word, ppt etc.
熟练使用日常办公软件。
