nt1. Thisn role will support the launching of a new project of the groups Electronicn Contract Signing Platform (“E-sign system”). This will be an extremely goodn opportunity for you to understand the whole life cycle of the contractn management process in a company and to gain practical experience in then e-signature laws in China. Specific responsibilities include:
nt- support the managementn of internal data and external data;
nt- draft and translate bilingualn users’ guidance book of the E-sign system;
nt- organize internaln training and prepare PPT and etc;
nt- respond to any issues arisenn from the E-sign system.

nt2. Working closely with members of the legal department for the dailyn operational legal matters, including contract review, legal research and advicen in various areas (data protection, and school operational issues) and etc.

ntJob Requirements:

nt- Intern at least three days per week
nt- Bachelor of Lawn or postgraduates or otherwise as approved by general counsel
nt- Good analyticaln skills and a good attention to detail
nt- Proficient in then use of MS Office applications
nt- Good English andn Mandarin written and oral skills required.
