二、招聘岗位
1.岗位名称：种子生产研究农艺师——张掖
2.职责描述：
Accountabilities
- Support Supervisor to conduct field trials such as parent test, density, fertilizer, crop protection recipes, row ratio, nicking, micro pilot, harvest moisture tolerance, seed processing research trials etc.., collect data and record field agronomy practice
- Support SPR Supervisor for farm & field management, seed preparation, planting and harvest, to ensure trials in good quality.
- Support lab works related to SPR activities such as pollen study, drying tolerance study etc.
- Collect all required data timely and in good quality for field/lab trial as per the guidelines. Update trial data in database timely.
- Support analyzing data with valid statistical analysis, generate trial report.
- Support generating production recipes and productivity conclusions including parental morphology, flowering, nicking, adaptation, diseases tolerance, yield components, ratio, density and cost of goods information based on trial data and field observations.
- Support generating production yield and production risk matrix for HPC.
- Support exploring new production area /seeking proper trial field & growers.
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge
- Bachelor or Master degree in Crop Protection, Agriculture, Plant Science or related fields.
Critical experience
- 1 year field trial experience is preferred
Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities
- Adapt to frequent travels and work in rural area in peak season.
- Interpersonal and cross functional interaction and communication skills
- Ability to solve complex problems, provide sound solutions and deliver quality results on time
- Fair for English communication both speaking and writing
- Basic/fair knowledge of data analysis skills/tools.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point.
- (Value-added skills: fair crop protection knowledge, MS Access, computer languages, fair statistical knowledge, 6-sigma tools, drive license)
