Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery (Huludao) Co., Ltd (SITH) is a joint venture by Siemens Ltd., China (90%) and Huludao State Assets Management Co., Ltd (10%). As one of the strongest manufacturers in the field of centrifugal compressors and industrial steam turbines in China, SITH integrated Siemens world-class technology of steam turbine and compressor with strongest local turbo machinery manufacturing competence, can produce world-class steam turbine and compressor to feed China and international market.

 

西门子工业透平机械（葫芦岛）有限公司是西门子（中国）有限公司（SLC）的合资企业。其中西门子（中国）有限公司参股90％，葫芦岛市国有资产管理有限公司参股10％。作为中国工业蒸汽轮机和离心式压缩机制造领域中的重要组成部分， SITH将西门子世界领先的工业蒸汽轮机和离心式压缩机技术与国内透平机械制造能力进行整合，生产出满足中国甚至国际市场需求的世界级水平的工业蒸汽轮机和离心式压缩机。

 

Established in July, 2005, SITH occupies an area of 110,000 ㎡ in the national patent-technology development zone in Huludao, with more than 300 employees. SITH is always adhering the Siemens Values, “Responsible, Excellent and Innovative”, and aiming to be a socially responsible company to protect the global environment and human health by providing innovative product and solution.

To ensure SITH produced products can meet Siemens standards, not only all the design of the machine will consistent with Siemens headquarter but also dispatch all kinds of the experts to SITH to train and SITH also dispatch employees to learn the technology during new product production.  With the new packaging workshop and test center built up and put into operation in 2009, SITH has developed first class equipments and implemented a modern management system.

In this role you will be taking on challenging roles like:

在这个岗位上，你将协助并负责以下这些具有挑战性的任务：

·         Design parts routing card and fixture according to drawing, technical document and inspection plan;Select appropriate capacity group and make working hour for each step;

根据图纸制作特殊工装清单，技术文件和检查计划设计组装工艺卡及工装；选择合适的能力组并预估每一步的工时；

·         Make special fixture list and drawing; Improve working efficiency and save working hours, Optimize Assembly steps and develop special tool utilization

制作特殊工装清单和图纸；改进工作效率和节省工时

·         Support the SAP-PP implementation and start using this program in daily business

支持SAP-PP执行及在日常业务中开始运用该项目

·         Abide by the company's EHS regulation
