1. Design Engineer (DE) 模拟IC设计工程师

 Design analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products utilizing leading edge sub-micron BiCMOS technologies. Develop state of the art products that include the following circuit types: Op amps, Comparators, Interface circuits, Voltage references, ADCs, DACs, Delay elements, DC-DC converters, AC-DC converters and Power supply control algorithms. Products to be designed include Charge pumps, Switching regulators, Linear regulators, Display drivers, and Power management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as Smart phone, Notebook, Tablet, Multimedia equipment, Telecom and network equipment, Fiber optics communication, Cloud computing servers, IOT and wearable device, Industry equipment and automotive electronics system. Work on product definition, circuit synthesis from the transistor level up to the system level, simulation and layout supervision.

2. Digital IC Design Engineer (Digital DE) 数字IC设计工程师

 Digital Design Engineer works in the development and design of digital and mixed-signal ICs utilizing leading edge technologies with industry standard ASIC tools. Products to be designed/verified include, power management, and mixed signal functions.

3. Digital IC Verification Engineer (Verification Engineer) 数字IC验证工程师

 Digital verification Engineer works in verification of digital and mixed-signal ICs utilizing leading edge technologies with industry standard ASIC tools. Products to be designed/verified include, power management, and mixed signal functions.

4. Digital Layout/Physical IC Design Engineer (Physical Designer) 数字IC版图设计工程师

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of physical design and implementation. In this role, you will participate in the efforts of establishing physical design methodologies and flow automation.

Physical Design Engineer will be part of design development team. The candidate will work on the digital design implementation, and verification of mixed-signal ICs utilizing standard ASIC tools. Products to be designed/verified include, power management, and mixed signal functions.

MPS products include: switching regulators, sensors, motor control, display drivers, audio amplifiers and power management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as broadband modems, notebooks, cell phones, telecom, fiber optics, digital camera, automobile and network equipment.

5. Failure Analysis Engineer (FA) 失效分析工程师

The Failure Analysis Engineer determines the root cause of IC failure in new products R&D and mass production by using analog semiconductor IC related knowledge and technology and combining with professional FA techniques. Once the failure root cause has been identified, works with the related R&D team to solve IC bug and provide technical support for new development, and to improve IC quality and mass production finally.

6. Product Engineer (PE) 产品工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

•  Evaluate New Product Design spec and Reliability, Co-ordinate R&D team to resolve issues happened in design, process, device, assembly, testing评估新产品的设计参数和可靠性，统筹研发团队，解决由设计、工艺、器件、封装、测试等引入的问题

•  Develop and execute evaluation plans associated with product/process quality according to industrial requirements 根据业界需求制定和执行与产品/工艺质量相关的评估计划

•  Follow product release criteria to ensure all products comply with all customer specifications and tolerances   遵循产品发布标准，确保所有产品符合所有客户的规格

7. Yield Enhancement Engineer (YE) 良率提升工程师

Yield enhancement engineer will deal with whole semiconductor industry to improve product yield

You will act as project leader to co-work with other departments for project management and yield enhancement. 良率工程师需要和整个半导体产业打交道，提升产品良率作为项目领导者，良率工程师需要和其他部门一起协作进行项目管理和良率提升。

Responsibilities岗位职责:

• Product level qualification for new fab, new bumping house, new assembly house and new test house. Work closely with different groups to start the qualification process, watch closely for project schedule, and complete the qualification in a timely manner负责新晶圆厂，新凸点制造厂，新封装测试厂的认证工作，和其他部门紧密协作展开项目管理

8. Test Engineer (TE) 测试工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

•  Require strong understanding of fundamental electrical concepts 要求对于基础的电理论有很深入的理解

•  Design component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement, dynamic signal analysis and modifies automated test system software for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits 设计电路组成部分的精确参数测量，动力信号分析并为模拟和混合信号集成电路更改测试系统软件。

Responsibilities岗位职责:

•  Work with design engineers, field applications and marketing team to define and debug analog IC products跟IC设计工程师，现场应用及市场团队合作，定义并调试模拟IC

•  Evaluate new products and generate reports评估新产品并撰写测试报告

•  Develop application reference circuits设计应用参考线路图

•  Write datasheets, application notes, design notes撰写产品规格书，应用设计手册

•  Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers向现场应用工程师及主要客户提供技术支持和技术培训

10. Reliability Engineer(RE) 质量可靠性工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

• Generate product qualification plans and drive execution of reliability tests.制定新产品验证计划，并推进实施可靠性实验。

• Communicate qualification plans, qualification status, and qualification results to internal team and customers.与内部团队/客户沟通产品验证计划/状态/结果。

• Conduct reliability data analysis generated from product qualification and/or other reliability activities.分析产品验证和其他可靠性操作生成的实验数据。

11. Quality Engineer(QE) 质量工程师

• As coordinator, driving an engineering team (Designer, Product Engineer, Failure analysis, Testing engineering, Process Engineer etc.) on quality activities including product quality improvement, failure analysis, data analysis, corrective actions etc. 组织协调工程师团队制定产品质量方案，包括质量提升，失效分析，数据分析，改善措施等等。

• Responsible for Failure Analysis report, 8D report on product quality problem from end customer feedback, this is achieved by work together with engineering teams, and visit customer as necessary。 组织内部工程师一起分析产品在客户端的失效、故障相关质量投诉，并负责客户的失效分析报告和8D报告，并根据事件处理情况进行客户访问。

• Drive a trouble shoot team on product quality case that introduced by suppliers, such as wafer fab, assembly house. 针对因为供应商引起的产品质量问题，组织问题处理小组，驱动供应商进行问题分析、处理，并制定改进、预防措施。

• Complete the other assigned work as necessary.

12. IC Layout Engineer 模拟IC版图设计工程师

In this position, you will work closely with circuit designers both in China and US to perform original, customized analog / mixed signal IC layout.该职位将紧密与中国区和美国区的IC设计工程师一起去完成新产品的、全定制的模拟和混合信号IC版图设计.

Responsibilities岗位职责:

• Establish, optimize and improve the test process, procedure and system 测试流程、系统、过程、方法等的建立，优化和改进

• Evaluate and bring in new test platform for consumer, industrial and automatic products testing 新测试平台评估、导入、改良（适用于消费级、工业级、汽车级等测试平台）

• Product test solutions optimization including hardware, program and wafer/final test parts disposition 测试方案优化（消费级，工业级，汽车级等），比如硬件，程序，物料处理

• Develop the test solution to improve test efficiency, like test site expansion, test time reduction, etc. 测试方案效率提升和优化

• Be familiar with product function, feature and application熟悉负责产品的特性特点及应用

15. Quality Engineer Assistant助理质量工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责:

• Provide and manage customers RFIs (Request for Information), by facilitating cross-department supports as needed. 组织跨部门的合作，提供和管理客户需求信息。

• Manage all quality database, including data collection and analysis. Use statistical analysis methods if required.管理所有质量相关数据库，包括数据收集和分析，必要时使用统计工具对数据进行汇总分析。
