Main Responsibilities:
? Design of innovative, reliable and efficient Probe and Test solutions on high performance mixed-signal ATE platforms.
? Drive DFT definition & development to reduce FFC and improve testability.
? Pre tapeout verification of test solutions using Design Simulation tools.
? Execution of the Test development phase including Silicon functionality, Characterization, Yield Analysis, Offshore Production release.
? Development of innovative next generation ATE d hardware and software techniques.
Qualifications/Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Analogue and Digital Electronics, be self-motivated, willing to accept responsibility, and show initiative in identifying and solving challenging technical problems:
? Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, equivalent.
? Mixed Signal PCB design experience.
? Candidates with equivalent experience in mixed signal design measurement (hardware & software) will also be considered.
? Strong teamwork, inter-personal and communication skills are essential coupled with demonstrated ability to work at a high level of performance, independently and in teams.
? The ability to mentor and develop more junior engineers.
? Experience in any of the following areas, though not essential, would be an advantage – APQP & ISO26262 development
