Project introduction：

IXM Graduate Trainee Program is aimed at attracting driven young individuals in helping IXM inject new vitality into its development, as well as exploring and cultivating various talents through a highly distinctive training system.

By joining this project, students will have a great chance to work alongside professionals and gain key business exposure within different departments such as: Finance, Traffic, Trading, Research, etc.

The project will last around 1 year, with students rotating in 2 departments. If you perform well and show great potential during this period, IXM will offer a permanent position on condition that you receive graduation certification successfully. 

IXM Position:

Commercial Trainee(商务培训生）: 

The Commercial position will be within the Trading or Research department, with key focus on trading, marketing of goods, and market analysis. 

Support -function  Trainee（职能类培训生）:

The support -function position will be within the Finance, Traffic, Logistics, and Middle or Back office departments. These positions will focus on company financial data collection and analysis, commercial contract execution and trading within supporting financial functions.

CMOC  Position: (洛钼控股管培生)

Candidates will be trained in the field of Research, Traffic or Trading in IXM first year. Qualified candidate will be offered by CMOC Group HQ to work within the  Investment, Strategy, Marketing and Commodities departments.

Target：0-2 years‘experience and new graduates in 2021
