   JOB TITLE: 有机合成研究员

   Job Description:

4. Synthesize, purify, and characterize intermediates and final compounds for testing against biological targets according to the project progress;

5. Analyze spectroscopic data to ensure the identity and integrity of synthesized molecules;

6. Conduct literature and database searches for reaction conditions and to become aware of the current research finding in the research focus;

7. Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and research results;

8. Ability to conduct the organic synthesis experiment with standard operation to reach excellent safety record;

9. Resolving the difficulties during Implementation of the experiment and ability to propose synthetic scheme to supervisor and project team;

    

   Qualifications:

10. Master degree or B.S. degree with two years’ work experience in Medicinal chemistry or synthetic organic chemistry;

11. With rich experience in organic synthesis and experimental skills in laboratory, be familiar with the operation of organic chemical reactions, solid professional knowledge, and strong practical ability;

12. Good background and experience in purification technology, common spectroscopy (NMR, HPLC, MS) and modern analytical techniques required;

13. CET-6, skilled in literature investigation and reading;

14. Highly motivated, pleasant personality to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;

15. Excellent communication and organizational skills;

JOB TITLE: 高级有机合成研究员

Job Description:

1. Design scheme, synthesis, purify, and characterize intermediates and final compounds for testing against biological targets according to the project progress;

3. Analyze spectroscopic data to ensure the identity and integrity of synthesized molecules;

4. Responsible for scientific literature and database investigation for reaction conditions and to become aware of the current research finding in the research focus;

5. Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and research results;

6. Communicate with foreign experts in headquarter on the project and report the progress of project on weekly interval.

    

   Qualifications:

7. Master degree or PhD degree in medicinal chemistry, synthetic organic chemistry, or relevant discipline; it is preferred with long steps organic synthesis of experience;

8. Good background and experience in purification technology, common spectroscopy (NMR, HPLC, MS) and modern analytical techniques required;

9. Strong synthetic organic chemistry skills, with the ability to independently plan and execute synthetic approaches to target molecules;

10. Have a good team spirit and professionalism; Highly motivated, pleasant personality to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment;

11. Excellent communication and organizational skills;

12. Fluent English and written communication.

JOB TITLE: 分析研究员

工作职责：
1、负责分析实验室的日常工作（如样品测试，样品管理等），为研发部门提供足够的分析支持；
2、根据ICH的要求进行分析方法开发，整理分析数据；为化学部门的化合物出口提供完整的出货报告；
3、根据部门的SOP对样品进行分析与认证，保证实验结果的连贯性及合理性；
4、参与管理本部门内各种分析仪器的保养，维修，验证和升级，确保本部门的仪器在良好的工作状态下高效率运行；
5、与本部门研发人员建立良好的团队合作关系，加强内部沟通；与其它部门保持良好沟通和合作；
6、参与本部门安全管理工作,提高实验安全意识, 协助逐步建立和完善实验室风险评估体系,采取有效措施防止实验室事故发生；

岗位要求：
1、分析化学或药物分析或有机化学专业，硕士以上学历 ；
2、能熟练地进行各种定性、定量实验操作，熟悉HPLC、LC/MS、IR、NMR等技术以及滴定技术（数项即可）；
4、了解QC，以及欧洲药典、美国药典、ICH相关知识者优先；
5、具有较好的英语口语表达能力，能使用英文进行试验记录，能熟练使用办公软件；
6、工作认真负责，诚实守信，有自主学习意识、团队合作精神和承受挑战的勇气。
