Job Description
THE PROGRAM
Our 18-month program provides our Management Trainees
with abundant learning opportunities to gain all-round exposure and receive
on-the-job training in various business functions within the Company in both
our Hong Kong and Mainland China portfolios. Customized training curriculum
will also strengthen your management skills as well as business acumen.
Throughout the program, Top Management of Hang Lung, Senior Executives from
different departments and Human Resources coaches will offer strong guidance
and coaching to Trainees, facilitating their learning and bringing their
potential into full play.
