职位说明 Responsibilities:????
1. 协助完成人事管理工作的实施:包括员工入离职手续的办理;
Assist to complete the work of personnel management: including employee onboarding and offboarding process;
2. 扮演公司合同管理的角色;
Play contract admin role for whole company;
3. 协助完成人事项目,例如员工关系项目
Support HR programs, such as employee relationship program;
4. 领导交办的其他工作。
Other assignment from leader.

职位要求?Requirements:
1. 本科学历及以上,人力资源专业者优先;
Bachelor’s degree above, major in Human Resource is highly preferred;
2. 每周3~5天的实习时间;
Able to work 3-5 full days per week;
3. 乐于服务他人,仔细,踏实;
Willing to serve others and Focusing on detail and down to earth person;
4. 有良好的人际交往能力及团队精神;
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
5. 学习能力强,能够应对变化、在快节奏的工作环境中高效工作;
A quick learner, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment;
6. 良好的英语读写能力。
Good English capability both in reading and writing.
