| 职位描述 | Evalueserve has built a strong expertise in the ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) research space. The global ESG research team currently supports some of the leading global asset management companies and/or the Index Providers / Rating Agencies with ESG research service. Evalueserve’s ESG team is looking for business analysts to be based out of Shanghai office, with 0–2 years of experience in financial/ business/ market research; someone who has an interest in the concept of Sustainable Investing/ ESG research. The role requires the analyst to: ？ Collect quantitative & qualitative environmental / social / governance related data from annual / sustainability reports and other public sources ？ Analyze the collected data with respect to client defined criteria / questionnaire using an Excelbased platform; this will be in the form of a rating supported with comments / rationale ？ Provide appropriate sourcing / references along with rationale / comments ？ Collect articles / media releases from RepRisk on various controversies surrounding the companies ？ Write a structured summary / critique on the overall ESG performance of a company | ||||||

| 职位描述 | Job description： This position belongs to the ‘Corporates and Professional Services’ business unit. We are looking to hire a ‘Japanese Speaking Business Analyst’ who would work on research/consulting projects of varying complexities for our clients (ranging from simple data-collection-intensive to data analysis/insights-intensive projects) focusing on a variety of industries. 1. Understanding clients requirements (what needs to be done and how), under the guidance of a project manager 2. Conducting extensive research on a variety of research/consulting projects a. Developing knowledge of research topic b. Data collection – primary and secondary c. Data collation and analysis d. Data presentation in English e. Paying attention to details 3. Participating-in brainstorming sessions for problem structuring, issue analysis & decision tree analysis, hypothesis building & validation, development of insights and recommendations (throughout the project) 4.
