| 职位描述 | Material development and testing: Search for alternative local material to replace imported ones. Participate in local projects as material engineer if necessary and be responsible for all material release, testing related tasks in the project until start of serial production; Establish test plan according to internal and customer specification. Organize internal and external resources to implement tests according to test plan. Responsible for detail test plan, test procedures, test cost/budget and test timing. Organize test resource to support quotation and product development. Create professional test report and provide suggestion for optimization of material related to product development. Contribute material knowledge to the product development process, Discussion with product engineer for idea exchange to establish model. Support for quality issue, trouble shooting and solution searching Follow material lab quality system Material test benches: Prepare technical documents for the response test benches. Responsible for the maintenance of the response test benches. Responsible for the validation / performance round robin of the response test benches. | 其他要求 | Education Qualification Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle & engine, mechanics and mechanical engineer No. of Years of Experience 3 years working experience on test relevant field, excellent Bachelor, Master or PhD students can be considered as well. Professional Exposure (Technical Skills) Material theoretical, material mechanics, material testing related to filter media, elastomer, plastic, glue and steel. Preferred previous experiences Fiber, filter media development experience Sealing or plastic component development experience Experience to use material analytic test benches Work experience in OEM or tier 1 supplier is preferred Functional Skills Be good at MS-office software and presentation skill Behavioural Skills Good communication skill, good team work Trouble shooting and problem solving skill.
