Job Deion:
A 2-year program in which Business Analysts play an important role in the development of client projects. Duties include:
*Data and information gathering from primary research such as in-depth interviews in person and by phone
*Data analysis
*Model Building
*Working directly with CMR’s senior management to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
Job Qualifications:
Business Analysts typically join CMR after completion of a master’s degree from the highest caliber of schools, after 1-2 years’ work experience in a non-strategy consulting field. While we welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and majors, we require the following attributes:

*Good teamwork skills
*Confidence
*Native level Mandarin skills and fluent English level
*Good education background, studying abroad experience is a plus
Career Path:
Upon entering the company, Business Analysts start in CMR Academy, our in-house institution for training team members on a formal, ongoing basis. CMR Academy consists of a series of Learning Modules, the first four of which provide intensive training in the tools we use every day. While CMR also emphasizes the invaluable skills gained from hands-on work experience, the formal learning process continues at regular intervals throughout the 2-year program, for a total of 20 Learning Modules. At the end of 2 years, some Business Analysts leave to pursue careers in industry to continue studies. Others are promoted directly to the Analyst position.
