QA Manager (location: Shanghai)

Our client is in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee & manage the QA department, which includes all aspects of production QA, Quality System Management & QRA.
• Lead a team of QA engineer, supervisors and inspectors to maintain & ensure quality standards are met in accordance to quality standards & to drive and implement world class manufacturing practices
• Work with production and engineering towards best in class operation setup
• Manage customer quality programs & resolve customer complaints, audit & related issues
• Provide leadership on various QS initiatives e.g. TS16949, ISO9001, and ISO14000.

Requirements:
• A Masters or Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Must have at least 6-8 years of QA experience in an electronics manufacturing industry, with good understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes.
• Candidates with automotive experience & knowledge of TS16949 would be an added advantage.
• Prior experience & knowledge of various quality systems e.g. ISO 9001, ISO14000, TS16949 & ESD.
• Good leadership & communication skill, able to interface effectively with all levels.
• Matured team player that is result-oriented & able to work under pressure.
