In fixed income, it is a first rate global player. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish and construct Research Centre structure. Make sure the Research Centre is operating in right track, organize and allocate the specialist team into relevant industry, market, product, and policy, etc., facilitate research analysis, and compose research analysis report； Through his/her strong research skills, provide the leading position to the company in securities industry and promote the company’s brand； According to the development need of company, provide the scientific decision-making base for company’s executives. Research and develop new product and business in order to coordinate company’s business development and enhance the company’s competitive advantage. Use the dynamic follow-up methods, and deliver all-rounded research with analysis in-depth, unique perception, precise anticipation. For the domestic and abroad clients, provided research report with international standard, provide excellent service, and become the reliable friend of them； Establish the international standard of “Fire-Wall” System to ensure that the research is independent, objective, and equitable with in-depth and meticulous working style. Insist emphasizing basic and quantitative analysis combination, pay attention to the influence of bond market from the factors of macro-economy and currency policy. Use the quantitative model in consulting investment. Provide the aperiodic research on special products, and regular daily, weekly, monthly, annals, macro-economic analysis and new trends of research product. Hold aperiodic product recommendation meeting, and maintain good relationship with client. Assist client in grasping good trading opportunity. Implement the pre-foundational research on new product and new business, support the existing business and business innovation. REQUIREMENT: Master degree or above in Finance and Economy related field. Candidate with working experience in securities research is preferred. Able to estimate the trend of international economy, Proficient in domestic macro-economy, industrial research, securities market operation. Conduct research analysis and able to use advanced management concept to lead an efficient and strong team in relevant industry, market and policy. With outstanding research management, analysis, and creative skills； Published the relevant research report and article in famous media. Candidate with famous academic composition is preferable. |
