职位描述：
Shell is expanding rapidly in mainland China. Shell's focus in mainland China is to provide clean energy solutions that are sustainable over the long term, that support the country's growth and help reduce environmental impacts.
Responsibilities:
Carry out the planning, design, building of the web content and ensure information is published in a secured environment complying with the Shell global standard and is up-to-date.
To provide advice/support to the website owners on the web content design, practices and change management.
To provide continued Livelink system management (eg. maintenance of users' accounts and groups, creation of new sub-folders; access permission control etc.).
Provide first level functional support and assistance on LiveLink usage to Shell China Exploration & Production Co. Ltd. staff.
Participate in the exploitation of new information management and virtual working tools and if useful to the business, make recommendation on the implementation.
Assist in the implementation of records management project and best practices at SCEP adhering to Shell Group and SCEP information and records management policies, procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
Good knowledge and working experience as web master, with skill on web page design and development and graphic softwares (eg. Adobe Photoshop, Paintshop Pro etc.) is required.
Good knowledge and working experience in information and records management and/or document control is required.
Able to manage contractor performance.
Good knowledge and skill on Microsoft Office is required.
Experience with Livelink is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good in spoken and written English.
Candidates must be authorized to work in China and be willing to accept a local package.
