职位描述(Job Descriptions)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Be a liaison between the customers and in-house animation staff.
2.Communicate with training staff on interactions with customers, status of projects, and accomplishments;
3.Discuss concepts with Creative Director and customers to develop appropriate concepts for sponsors, internal sales support and fan enhancement.
4.Develop conceptual and produce storyboards to visualize a potential project for a customer.
5.Assist project management team with budgets and assignments for artists both in house and free-lance.
6.Visit customer sites to gain understanding of organization;
7.Provide consultations and assist customers with software, hardware, animation content, and production needs.
8.Have a solid understanding of control equipment (computer and video) and content programming in order to actively promote additional equipment and services in the facility. 9.Competently represent Daktronics to customers. Use good judgment and make sound decisions. Become knowledgeable of and follow company procedures. 10.Willing to participate in appropriate company sponsored training to improve product knowledge and personal improvement. 1
1.Assist in identifying key customer opportunities and moving the customer through the sales cycle to close. 1
2.Become familiar with customer situations and assist in defining solutions to solve the problems and capitalize on the opportunities they face. 1
3.Answer software questions and provide software/system training over the telephone. 1
4.Represent Daktronics at trade shows, sales meetings, and product improvements. 1
5.Willing to grow into a leadership position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Education, Marketing or other related degree. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin both written and spoken. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills required. Experience and/or education in animation production and editing. Knowledge of graphics software such as Maya, Mental Ray, After Effects and/or other similar programs. Other software knowledge is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours. Self-motivated, with initiative and well organized. Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment. Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work in a team setting - ability to give and receive feedback on work. 要求：
